Adama1508
So I'm new here but have been working out off and on for a while. I have started lifting/running/hiking with some friends in ROTC and am doing well with our routines. But I feel like some protein would help me recover/see more results. I am looking to build muscle and cut weight. I read on here already that 100% Whey is one of the best for what I am looking to improve on. Any suggestions where to get it? I looked on BodyBuilding.com and GNC and it was pretty much $10+ per pound.... Anywhere to get it cheaper? Or should I be looking into other things? -What do you hear? -Nothing but the rain -Then grab your gun and bring in the cat. Link to comment
This is Seth
I shop at allstarhealth.com but usually end up paying somewhere around $10 a lb anyway. I know some of the rebels have found cheaper stuff at Costco and the like. You ever see those guys who look like they totally used to be in shape? I'm working to get back to that... Link to comment
Trad_Climb
I buy chicken, shrimp, mahi mahi, and steak, tastes better than any powder. Though if you insist in eating powder costco is pretty dang cheap, GNC is overpriced on everything, i've found some awesome buys on Amazon.
