Hi everyone, I'm Outlaw, an American expat living in Iceland.

 

I'm a lady in my early thirties who was recently diagnosed with some concerning health stuff, and lifestyle changes can turn things around. So here I am, giving it my best shot. This community looks great so I hope to stick around.
