Flexing My Pecs

Ever since I started working out (so, like ten years almost), I've hated any and all lifts requiring pecs especially (gasp!) bench press! It's always felt much more like a deltoid/tricep exercise for me. I could never feel my pecs contracting and had enormous amounts of trouble progressing on those lifts.

Today, I do believe I've found the mind muscle connection... bench press felt like.... a CHEST exercise for the first time EVAAARRR!! :D
