But I'm still on the wagon: eating primal, weight training, yoga, all that. And as of two weeks ago, I started learning Olympic weightlifting in addition to my weight training regime, and I love it just as much as I thought I would! My instructor says my form is perfect, and I just have to focus on learning the movements and gaining strength. At my last class, I learned and executed a clean and jerk, if slowly and with an empty bar. But still, it was one of the most exciting and empowering moments of my life, and is motivating me to keep going and go as far as I can! Link to comment
