eagles95
Haven't been posting much because my promotion at work keeps me busy plus new hours. But today a big woot. I had to take about 2 weeks off of lifting because basically everyone in my house was sick. Wife, me, kid, dog were all ill. After getting back into it i changed up my routine. I hadn't seen any results until today when i went from a max of 145 bench for 2 reps to 175 for 2 reps. I have no idea what happened but i was pretty jacked up. Link to comment
