EDIT: After thinking about it I realized that my fitness goals aren't the usual "do 50 pull ups" or bench pressing a certain weight. My original motivation for strength training is to be a better pole dancer, not to lift 100 lb. dumbbells at the gym. So I changed my fitness goals to what I want my level 50 character to be able to do: combine pole dancing and pointe ballet. I think this will make me more likely to stick to my strength training and pole practices. Yay remembered motivation!!!
