I actually didnt do any of the routines i found on here, but enjoyed the material of the site and thought I'd poke around. Ended up enjoying this place and here we are.I read Steve's Rebel Strength Guide and was impressed/shocked/and dumbfounded. Impressed because it was a pretty inclusive book with great information, shocked because he and I had quite a few mistakes in common, and dumbfounded because his thoughts were pretty much the same as mine at one point.For the good news, I decided to try out his methods and gave up bicep curls, tricep extensions (and yes i was doing them with three different angles ) and instead have focused solely on the compound exercises and in this week alone, i have gained 2.0 lbs.
