I stumbled across this site after searching for some calisthenics routines. I actually didnt do any of the routines i found on here, but enjoyed the material of the site and thought I'd poke around. Ended up enjoying this place and here we are.

I read Steve's Rebel Strength Guide and was impressed/shocked/and dumbfounded. Impressed because it was a pretty inclusive book with great information, shocked because he and I had quite a few mistakes in common, and dumbfounded because his thoughts were pretty much the same as mine at one point.

For the good news, I decided to try out his methods and gave up bicep curls, tricep extensions (and yes i was doing them with three different angles :eek-new:) and instead have focused solely on the compound exercises and in this week alone, i have gained 2.0 lbs.:victorious:
