yadz
after a really tough strength-training session my extremities shake for upwards of an hour, especially my hands. Is this normal? Link to comment
Good Row G
Think the answer's yes, I get them too and kinda take them for positive reinforcement. Yeah exercise! But maybe someone knows the science. Once and future ranger. Link to comment
Crizomaticus
Yeah it's normal, just muscle fatigue. Low blood sugar can cause it too (my hands shake sometimes) from not eating enough to fuel the workout. The fun feeling is "bubbling" legs after a long run. Fitocracy | @chriiiiso Link to comment
Rebel Pilot Gar
After a good workout my arms tremble for an hour or more. Usually I use that to mark that I actually did a good workout for the day. Usually I just eat something and maybe ice if I think something will be really sore the next day. The only other times I tremble are low blood sugar or an adrenaline rush (fencing).
