ValkyrieMeagan
I recently developed De Quervain's tendinitis in both wrists. I'm already taking a few days off work (I'm a massage therapist) and icing it for 15 minutes every 4-6 hours and taking prescription strength naproxen. What kind of workouts would be best that wont irritate my wrists? Also, outside of ice and a strong anti inflammatory, what would be good for faster recovery? Link to comment
SirEarl
bodyweight stuff like squats, lunges, planks, good mornings. Basically, anything not for the arms. If you absolutely must workout your arms, maybe you could do exercises with ankle weights wrapped around your forearm? "You don't life for be sad, no?" Link to comment
