nanana batman

Basically when I work out I aim towards having the attributes of Batman, being incredibly strong,fit,fast,agile etc

At the moment I'm doing a workout similar to crossfit (its actually based on the Jason statham routine, I'll post a link when I find one :) )

I'm wondering if anyone knows a better routine, or any recommendations?
