deelanad Posted June 6, 2012 Report Share Posted June 6, 2012 Basically when I work out I aim towards having the attributes of Batman, being incredibly strong,fit,fast,agile etcAt the moment I'm doing a workout similar to crossfit (its actually based on the Jason statham routine, I'll post a link when I find one ) I'm wondering if anyone knows a better routine, or any recommendations?
