Little Yoga Woot!

I've been doing a vinyasa yoga class at the gym for about 3 months now. I'm over weight and inflexible BUT!!! Today I was able to hold downward dog for the entire time the teacher asked us to and I planked just like everyone else. I wasn't on my knees today. I felt strong today. I felt my inner yoga warrior RAWR!

YAY! That's wonderful!

I love that feeling! I had my heels touch the floor for like two seconds in downward dog the other night; I seriously almost started yelling in the middle of class, I was so excited!!! Yoga woots FTW!!!!

That's great!!! I know you were discouraged awhile ago about that, so it's awesome that you've made so much progress!
