JamesAE
It's only just started happening but whenever I exercise now I get a sharp pain a few inches behind my ear? Does anyone know what this is and how to stop it? Link to comment
allnightgrocery
I'd say check with a doctor but, for my own curiosity, can I ask what sort of exercise you're doing? My Current Challenge Link to comment
empeg9000
Are you maybe tensing up and clinching your jaw? I have a tendency to do that at times. Check out my woodworking at peonywoodworks. Link to comment

VorJoshigan
Definitely recommend checking with a doctor. I would also recommend working with a trainer to make sure you are using proper form. If you are using too much shoulder in your non-shoulder exercises, that can do a number on your neck/back muscles. "Get busy living or get busy dying. I've been doing a lot of shoulder exercises recently which probably caused it on the first place. I think I keep my head the wrong angle to my back as well. I've just done a set of 20 pushups keeping my gaze at the same spot. The pain was a lot less this time. Link to comment
