Serenity Posted June 9, 2012 Report Share Posted June 9, 2012 Two woots for me this week: -- at my gym's free 5k this morning, I finished in 54:34... Which is my first sub-hour 5k! Next goals 15 minute mile, a 100% "run" mile, and then a 45 minute 5k. -- I've had acid reflux for several years. A year ago I started taking an OTC acid blocker daily. Prior to a month ago if I missed a dose my stomach would be very unhappy about hour 30. This week I *did* miss a dose and barely even noticed it until 36 hours in. So stomach chemistry is improving!
