Elastigirl
Today I shoveled all the compost from one bin to the other. Used to be I couldn't do the whole bin, I do a little and then have my husband do the rest. Today I did it ALL. And afterwards, my arms are tired, but I'm not exhausted. I love stuff like this. That's a big reason a work out-so I can just move and do stuff and not have to rely on others.
