Mordechaj Posted June 10, 2012 Report Share Posted June 10, 2012 Cycled just a bit over 100km in three days, and two days before that ran (brisk walk with intermittent jogging) 4.75 km uphill in just 63 minutes (59 is my personal best, not really satisfied with last performance) and ran downhill the same route.Tomorrow I'm off to get some new trail shoes.
