Choppins Posted June 13, 2012 Report Share Posted June 13, 2012 Hi everyone!Another newbie posting here – though I have been following both the blog and the forum for a little while.I’m a 26 year old British guy looking to reach some pretty specific goals that relate to a few events I have in mind later in the year. Basically I’d like to improve all areas of my health, strength and fitness in stages as I work towards different things.I’m pretty excited by the opportunity this forum provides for accountability.Basically my goals are around running, cycling and some bodyweight exercises as well as a bit of diet and more healthy lifestyle stuff for now. That's level one anyway!I guess that means I should post in the Scout section? Or is it the Rangers? My current challenge > My previous challenge ∴ I will be > what I am Link to comment

For running and cycling, I'd go to the Scouts, I'm not sure about bodyweight, it kinda varies depending on what you're attempting to accomplish...still a bit of a noob here, too, so I can't advise you much better than that Best of luck! I guess I'll wait to see what the next 6-week Challenge is before starting a thread with a particular guild. My own first level goals are supposed to be done in about a month so I'll overlap with the 6-week Challenge if I do it!
