Puting the 'oo' in 'noob'

Hi everyone!

Another newbie posting here – though I have been following both the blog and the forum for a little while.

I’m a 26 year old British guy looking to reach some pretty specific goals that relate to a few events I have in mind later in the year. Basically I’d like to improve all areas of my health, strength and fitness in stages as I work towards different things.

I’m pretty excited by the opportunity this forum provides for accountability.

Basically my goals are around running, cycling and some bodyweight exercises as well as a bit of diet and more healthy lifestyle stuff for now. That's level one anyway!

I guess that means I should post in the Scout section? Or is it the Rangers?

Welcome, Choppins! Specific goals are always good, they make it easier to keep moving forward. For running and cycling, I'd go to the Scouts, I'm not sure about bodyweight, it kinda varies depending on what you're attempting to accomplish...still a bit of a noob here, too, so I can't advise you much better than that :) Best of luck!
