Sarcasticgrrl Posted June 13, 2012 Report Share Posted June 13, 2012 As of...I think three weeks, now, I have ceased eating dairy (due to severe and rather sudden lactose intolerance) and have cut more wheat out of my diet than not. :3 I feel SO much better!Been working out on my own, especially when my temper/depression gets the better of me and I'm starting to have a six pack show -happy dance-parkour and pull ups here I come! Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma-which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary. Link to comment
