Nick R Posted June 18, 2012 Report Share Posted June 18, 2012 So this past week I got on my scale like I do once a week, but this made it week 4 or 1 month. I stepped on and noticed I had lost 14 pounds in 1 month. May not be a huge Woot but I am happy about it. Now just another 39 pounds to go. I also have another Wootish type thing. I have been relating heavily to a recent Blog post here on NF about setting obtainable goals and have been sticking with one goal until I maser it. I have mastered keeping a reoccurring workout routine throughout the week and saying no to processed foods.Next getting to bed on time and reading for 45 mintues a night. this one will be tough because I am a night owl. ICB Posted June 18, 2012 Report Share Posted June 18, 2012 I disagree -- that's a HUGE WOOT! That's about 3.5 pounds a week, which is about as much as you want to lose in a healthy way. If you'd lost any more, you'd be starving yourself. Keep it up! Link to comment
