I've played soccer all my life, and was able to play a full game as an aggressive sweeper without losing my breath. But lately I have been sitting in front of my computer wasting away. Now, I'm not about to change the fact that video games are my number one hobby, but I really need to expand my interests/lifestyle and take care of myself. I want to be ready for any situation that may blow my way.My goals for the next few months are as follows:-Build visible muscle mass-Learn some basic Parkour-Challenge and compete with Proxximo-Be comfortable after sprinting through the nearby hilly woodsI want my agility build back.I need my agility build back.I'm getting my agility build back.It's happening, now.-Akibyte Link to comment
