Wanted: sidekick of awesomeness

That sure is Nepean. We're less than 10 mins apart!

I'm training for the possibility of getting into the Canadian Forces. My routine as of now includes cardio/aerobics 6 days per week, lifting 4/5 days per week (2 days on, 1 day off), and trying to learn how to do real pushups. Plus I just started a couch to 5k program last week. I'm also interested in trying paleo for the month of July and would love a buddy to go through it with me.

What are your goals and routine?
