valhaus Posted June 19, 2012 Report Share Posted June 19, 2012 Hey guys,Im new to nerd fitness but not new to working out.This however is my 4th atempt at continuously exercising. Sadly Ive had injury and sickness prevent me from doing much lately. Ive been through 4 total replacement surgeries in less than a year an a half. Prior to this I was working out 4-5 times a week and very happy about it. My goal is to cut body fat and increase muscle, Im fairly experienced in free wieghts, prior to my illness I was lift 230000lbs in two hours time. Sadly that body is some ways off now but Id love to find someone to exercise with. My fiancee supports us (her and I) but we both have trouble staying motivated. This is partly because I am still in need of two surgeries to hopefully be done replacement joints (I don't have much to replace left lol). Im near Atlanta Ga if anyone is near.Adam Link to comment
