First half month w00t ...minus 10 lbs

Started June 4th, today is June 19th, and what a start! My starting weight was 225 lbs (I'm 6'0")...now down to 215 lbs and feeling pretty great. Have managed to abstain from alcohol, kick the caffeine habit, and nearly entirely cut out refined sugars and processed foods. Not to mention get to the gym or outside for exercise nearly every day. :victorious:

I know the next few weeks are pretty critical in establishing new habits to replace the old ones so they don't creep back in!
