First Vacation Workout - EVER

I posted elsewhere that this week was my first big challenge with my new program, I.e. to keep up with my plan even though I am on vacation at the beach. Mi have always looked at folks exercising at e beach like they have two heads.

Guess what, apparently I grew my second head yesterday!!!

It was a bit abbreviated and scaled back but I did it!

2x10 pushups, pull ups and leg raises

1x10 practical landing, two-handed vault (over a picnic table), precision jumps between two tables, and jumping through an angled gap about two feet wide.

The best part, I filmed the whole thing and showed to family and friends after dinner for a good laugh. It was fun and very funny but also a great inspiration to keep going!

If I can figure how to splice and edit it, I will post it this weekend.
