Hi everyone! I have know about nerdfitness for a while now(Staci inspired me to start lifting weights 6 months ago). My only problem is that I can't stick to one program! So my lifts are not near what I would want them to be. I hope starting to do the 6 week challenges will really help me stick to one thing.

Squat-120lbsx5reps

Deadlift--215x1

Bench--105x1

Press--75x1

dips--10x1

chinups--2x1

I am going to do Starting Strength again. I only did it for a month in Janurary, and since then I haven't made any progress. I do still lift, but I haven't been adding much weight.

My diet has been mostly a high fat low carb paleo. BUT I still crave sugar ALOT. So I think it is time for a change. I am going to keep eating paleo, but I will add more calories, carbs, and protein.

I really hope I can stick with it this time, and eventually squat 200lbs, deadlift 300lbs, press 90, bench 135, and do some more chinups and pullups. I am not sure how long I can expect to reach these goals. But I will!

I am going to go and start my 6 week challenge thread right now...:)

Good for you for getting back at it! And welcome to the boards. Powerlifters etc congregate mostly in the Warrior Guild (if you haven't got there yet).

Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons.
