So... went clothes shopping over the weekend. Down to a size 38 mens and belt is now a 40, which is 4 inches shorter than my last belt. Most of that has been a change in diet. I'm now eating healthy. I know shocking....lol.

I'm also giving a shoutout to NF for existing and helping me along the way. Am in such poor shape that I'm doing the bodyweight workout. Finally got through three whole circuits without passing out...lol. It REALLY is helping me get in shape. I would have been wasting cash on a gym but instead I'm kicking my own butt with the NF plan. That's wicked pissah!

Anyway, just wanted to say yay me but more importantly yay to NF and everyone who makes this a great place. You really do help people even if no one tells you.

Thanks everyone!

WOOT!

Way to get it done - 4" difference is awesome!

This used to be where  my weight loss progress bar was. Maybe it will be here again when I'm ready to face the scale and work on my fat problem.

Woot! Good for you.

It should also be noted that some here choose bodyweight exclusive exercises only...not because they're that out of shape, but because the bodyweight folks can do some awesome stuff. (planches, bridges, handstands, handstand pushups...)
