Am I hurting my muscle rebuilding?

My general workout schedule is alternating days of weight training and interval training. However, yesterday I guess I ran a little too hard, and today I'm sore all over. I'm supposed to do weights today but I was wondering if the running would have interfered with muscle recovery from the day before? Should I go again with my workout as planned or rest today?

Thanks everyone! I ended up working out anyway, and don't feel any worse, so I guess that's good haha
