However, yesterday I guess I ran a little too hard, and today I'm sore all over. I'm supposed to do weights today but I was wondering if the running would have interfered with muscle recovery from the day before? Should I go again with my workout as planned or rest today? Why must I put a name on the foods I choose to eat and how I choose to eat them? Rather than tell people that I eat according to someone else's arbitrary rules, I'd rather just tell them, I eat healthy. And no, my diet does not have a name.My daily battle log! Link to comment
deerskin Posted June 21, 2012 Report Share Posted June 21, 2012 Maybe go a little light and make sure you stretch really well. I know sometimes if I'm really sore, the more I avoid movement the stiffer I get. Sometimes working out actually makes you feel better. Current Challenge: Walk to Tom Bombadil's! Link to comment
