New to the Rebellion

Hi Nerd Fitness folks I'm Justin.

I was really sick about two years ago with stomach problems and the doctors could not tell me what to do. It sucked for awhile and I lost a ton of weight (not in a good way I was scared to look at myself in the mirror.) Then I started to get into paleo and became more conscience of the food that I was putting into my body. Turns out I was allergic to wheat (which I don't miss much) and garlic (which I miss a lot).

After I started feeling better I started working out and climbing again. I have just recently moved up to Reno, NV and have joined a gym up here. I have started to add in some weight lifting into my workout routine, and I don't know why it took me so long it is fantastic.

Glad to be here on the NF community
