sunrunner
Was doing a marathon training session on saturday at a new gym which recharged me bein in a new atmosphere with new people, new city I've never been in. Even though I was focusing on endurance with heavier weight I was really feeling it and decided to max out on my deadlift.I increased it by 5 lbs to 410 and I really feel and know I could have done more but I had already expended alot of energy on front squats and overhead presses and weighted lunges plus a spin class after and thats when I started my deadlifts and so by the time I got to my max set my grip strength was pretty much non existent Link to comment
