Two part off-day workout?

Ghost here,

I've got a terrible headcold, and it's getting late, sort of, so I will keep it short.

I need an off-day workout, and it can consist of two things, a skipping rope, and a slosh pipe.

Only those two things. It can be really short, it just needs to keep me a bit active.

Example: 1 minute skipping, 1 minute zercher hold. Repeat for three sets.

See? It could be super simple.

A bit blunt but I need to go to sleep. Thanks so much!
