Ghost Posted June 25, 2012 Report Share Posted June 25, 2012 Ghost here, I've got a terrible headcold, and it's getting late, sort of, so I will keep it short.I need an off-day workout, and it can consist of two things, a skipping rope, and a slosh pipe.Only those two things. It can be really short, it just needs to keep me a bit active.Example: 1 minute skipping, 1 minute zercher hold. Repeat for three sets.See?
