oystergirl Posted June 25, 2012 Report Share Posted June 25, 2012 Hi Everyone...just wanted to let you know that because it is summer I wont really be posting or visiting much. I am completely out in the garden, out in nature, out with my two lovely teen daughters and husband living the wild adventure that we call our lives...it wicked rocks! I am still walking and exercising and eating well, but honestly the amount of work I do in the yard ( I grow a permaculture garden) and the amount of hiking I do locating wild foods, I don't really need to exercise..getting plenty of sunshine and fresh air and wild foods helps a ton too!If any of my dear nerdy friends wants to reach me I think the best thing to do is visit me on facebook. You can send a friend request but please also send a message and tell me you are from nerd fitness and your handle. I used to food blog and so get a lot of extranseous and sometimes commercial friend requests so I want to keep my page all friends....here is my click through to facebook ...Still doing the spring ahead/fall back challenge and knowing I will get into the best shape of my life, physically, mentally and spiritually--this is the level up summer and I am rocking and rolling it! big hugs to you all and tons of support from ME>>>>>>>!<<<<<<<<<<p.s. Maybe it will be here again when I'm ready to face the scale and work on my fat problem. Then I mostly stopped. 2014 Running Tally: 134.1 miles plus 5k (as of 17 September) lost track again, but I know I had at least 147.2 plus 5k for 2014. 2015 Running Tally: 41.2 treadmilled miles & 251.93 real world miles 2016 Running Tally: 0 Link to comment
