Hello from Adelaide (Australia)

Hi there, short time reader, first time poster.

I'm just busy looking around the forums but I'll be certainly posting here a lot more. Looking forward to the challenge of sticking to a workout plan long term. And also for the challenge of continually converting between pounds and kilo's! Get on the Metric!

Adelaide, its OK!

Actually i won't knock it too much, I'd like to go there, only ever made it to the edges of SA on some cross country tripping.

There are now a few of us who are holding up the REAL way of measuring mass and distance. But you'll probably have to get used to multiplying and dividing by 2.2 for the weights people post.
