Rogue Posted June 26, 2012 Report Share Posted June 26, 2012 I've finished my first 5K! The time was bad (longer than any in training), but since it got extremely hot that morning, I think its ok. I was also able to run the whole way without walking so I'm pretty excited. =) Don't part with your illusions. When they are gone, you may still exist, but you have ceased to live.
