bkwordsmith Posted June 27, 2012 Report Share Posted June 27, 2012 I just did 15 push-ups in one set! And I did 100 bicycle crunches in two sets of 50 as well. And I just weighed myself and am under 150 pounds. I've been wavering around 147-150, so any day under 150 is a good one! Link to comment
