I'm back in the game because a good friend of mine invited me and a bunch of my friends on a 40 Days of Pain challenge. He wants to hit his big 30 feeling strong and healthy, and we're all competing to see who gets the healthiest. To answer this challenge, lest my honor be in question, I am picking up Couch-to-5K and bellydancing again.
