kingclumsy
I know there are bigger w00ts to w00t but I just got back from the gym (in another town, a 40 min bus ride away from home). I arranged to go with someone from work, who, though thoroughly not a Rebel, would be classed as a warrior if he was. With his instruction I did ...5x5 50kg squats, 3x5 40kg deadlifts5x5 20kg overhead pressI'm going to ache (already do) but I did well. The guy I went with said I had good form. AND unlike him. I stayed to do a decent cool down! Level 3 Roller Knight STR:3 DEX: 1 STA:2 CON:3 WIS:4 CHA: 2 Current Challenge: None Link to comment
