They've sort of been on the ground, but that was the first time they were fully, no kidding all the way making contact. Yay!I've also been able to say NO to sugar binges a couple times this week. Last night I really wanted to go get some candy, but I ate an orange instead. I still wasn't satisfied, so I ate two leftover burritos (very healthy homemade ones). I would have prefered if I didn't eat anything, but that's much better than eating a bag of mini-candy bars. I'm pretty flexible (though overweight) but I can already tell a lot of the poses will take some time to get right.Way to go!
