Accidental Deadlift PR

Loaded up what I thought was 195 (would've been a pr as it was) and picked it up. "Heavier than I thought it would be..." and did it 4 more times. Turns out it was 205. Also PR'd all my other lifts too today. Dead was the big one though.

My favorite method is having a GOOD friend load the bar for me, and I all know is "this is going to be heavy" something mental about knowing you are going to do a new max.
