BoydLabBuck
So I'm traveling to SD/Tijuana for almost 2 weeks soon and I am planning my workouts. I'm going through thinking of what I can do in hotels when I realize, it's sunny and 70 every day, why the H*!! am I planning hotel workouts? So, what are the best outdoor workouts in SD? I'm planning some running along the harbor (with stops for pushups/situps/pullups), hiking/jogging/swimming at Torrey Pines, and a long slow run on Coronado. Any tips for workouts so good they don't feel like workouts? Weight loss goal (38 lbs by March 21) 16%16% Time elapsed (Started July 27) 9%9% July 26 Challenge Thread Link to comment
BoydLabBuck
I also feel like I need to be doing some SEAL type stuff, since it's their home base and all. Weight loss goal (38 lbs by March 21) 16%16% Time elapsed (Started July 27) 9%9% July 26 Challenge Thread Link to comment
Kristen
Coronado is beautiful! I seriously live in paradise. There's a paved trail that goes most of the way around the perimeter of the island (the non-Navy side) and then down the strand that's great for scenic running or bike rides. Coronado beach is by far the nicest beach I've ever visited, if you want to get wet and sandy. The water is COLD, but usually in the late afternoon the air is warm enough that it's not insane to get in. Link to comment
