Fireaxe888
So my routine involves three one-hour swimming sessions per week (interspaced with interval running, which is bloody exhausting) and some other exercises on my swimming days.Today I got up in a really bad mood and had no real motivation to do anything but dragged myself to the pool. I did fifteen lengths slowly and thought of giving up, but I kept going. Now, my "quota" is 90 lengths in a one-hour period and with like fifteen minutes to go I see I still have thirty left. I pushed myself harder than I had ever done before and finished them with three minutes to spare. My technique might not have been perfect, but achievement sure feels good. Link to comment
wildross
Great work! Some of the best feelings for me are when I do it when I don't feel like it. Warriors don't count reps and sets.
