Elastigirl
I wonder if your body wasn't digesting it very well? That's a pretty quick weight loss. EnygmaEve
Funny. I think dairy does different things for different people. When I was in the Army, I was a stocky 140 lbs, but 140 is in the range for females (at the age bracket I was in at least) where they have to measure you every time to make sure your body fat isn't too high. It was a damn annoyance. I passed every time, but I really wanted to drop a few so i wouldn't have to deal with it. But I was stuck fast at that 140 plateau.Eventually I just said SCREW THIS, I'm just gonna get measured forever and ever and there is nothing I can do, and every meal I would just load myself up with milk, because I freaking love milk. I would have at least 3 glasses a meal. And lo and behold, with no other changes to diet or routine, I came in at my next weigh in at 136 lbs, putting me in the safe zone for weight and I didn't have to get measured.
