My goals are to lose weight, put on muscle, and be able to pick up women (both in the literal and colloquial sense):Thor Day 1Bench PressAssisted/Negative Pull UpShoulder PressSquatsPlank5 minute rest for protein shakeCardio (30 min)Thor Day 2Bench PressBent Over RowsDipDeadliftSquat5 minute rest for protein shakeCardio (30 min)Twice a week. The third day I'm seeing my trainer until my pre-paid sessions run out, which should be fairly soon. Then I'm just going to alternate these for a few months. On the days I work out I'm having another protein shake before bed. (I hope to wake up huge one day).All routines are going to be 3 sets x 6 to 8 reps. I'll aim for 6 but if it's too easy I'll do additional reps until I burn my muscles out. Once I can do 8 reps in all three sets (or possibly 7) I'm going to increase the weight, usually by five pounds.How does this sound?
