Here's my new Thor-inspired workout routine

I'm paraphrasing this from Steve's post. My goals are to lose weight, put on muscle, and be able to pick up women (both in the literal and colloquial sense):

Thor Day 1

Bench Press

Assisted/Negative Pull Up

Shoulder Press

Squats

Plank

5 minute rest for protein shake

Cardio (30 min)

Thor Day 2

Bench Press

Bent Over Rows

Dip

Deadlift

Squat

5 minute rest for protein shake

Cardio (30 min)

Twice a week. The third day I'm seeing my trainer until my pre-paid sessions run out, which should be fairly soon. Then I'm just going to alternate these for a few months. On the days I work out I'm having another protein shake before bed. (I hope to wake up huge one day).

All routines are going to be 3 sets x 6 to 8 reps. I'll aim for 6 but if it's too easy I'll do additional reps until I burn my muscles out. Once I can do 8 reps in all three sets (or possibly 7) I'm going to increase the weight, usually by five pounds.

How does this sound? I've punched it into iFitness on my iPhone so I can track my progress.
