EnygmaEve
Fish Oil. It's currently the only supp I use, and I used to be a Supplement Guzzling Queen (I worked somewhere where I got pharmaceutical grade supps at cost). I would say it depends on what you feel you need. More energy? B complex. Don't think you get enough sun? D3. Actually, if you're super curious, what you could do is just go to the doctor and have them run a blood panel to see what vitamins and minerals you have floating around and if you're low on any essentials. But if you're feeling great, I'd say this a largely unnecessary step. I had this done when I was feeling like crap and I was actually too high in a few vitamins. If you have some specific concerns as far as supplements go, post them and I'll give you my two cents, but disclaimer, I'm not a doctor or nutritionist.
