I am new to this whole thing. My boyfriend sent me stacy's story to help motivate me to get back on my diet. So I decided to join because I need a little bit more support and keeping me honest other than just a lost it app on my iphone. Right now I lift three days a week and run two days a week. I believe in one cheat day so that you can still enjoy food life to an extent. I have a calorie limit and I am not allowed to go over it even on cheat days. I lost 23lbs on my own than stopped and gained 5lbs. I am starting to do the paleo diet. I just started it. I have to give myself a cheat day to eat bread or something just so I dont go crazy starting out. But thats pretty much what I am doing.
