progress126 Posted July 11, 2012 Report Share Posted July 11, 2012 After 2 crappy workouts last week where the groin pain I was experiencing during squats was derailing the rest of my workout (both days I didn't even come close to my working weight for squats and bench presses) I was able to PR in both squats (265lbs) and deadlifts (275 lbs). Seeing as I weigh 211-215, I'm quite happy! And with the stretches I was given in my Warriors Guild post, my groin pain was minimized! Yay for stretching and mobility WODS!
