Ruth2301
So I've been working on getting better at pushups lately, and I've decided that the reason I like them so much is that they are such a versatile exercise: there are versions that are good for almost any fitness level, and there always seems to be something a little different and/or a little more difficult to push yourself toward. I like that they can be really difficult, but also that it's so easy to measure your improvement: if I can do one more in each set this week than I could do last week...improvement!Anyway, the point of this post is to share a link with you that I came across today. It's from 2009, so apologies if you've already seen it a hundred times. But it's new to me so I figured there'd be at least a few others in the crowd who would be interested. Here you go: The Ultimate Push-up Guide(and also, of course, you should take another look at how to do a proper pushup...)
