Ghost
Negatives are often used for gaining the first pullup. And from what I've heard they are pretty good at helping people get that pullup. But how do negatives fare in other exercises such as squats or pushups? Are negatives effective on other exercises? For example pushups. Link to comment
SirEarl
I believe them to be effective. Especially when you're trying to do something that you can't quite yet do. For pushups, you could go down in a normal push up position, and then switch to your knees to go back up. "You don't life for be sad, no?" Link to comment
