Hey all!!

I came across this site from researching the paleo diet and I've found it really interesting and helpful!

It seems the values from here fit my lifestyle and it would be nice to have a place where i can talk to like minded people.

I work in a call center so a lot of my time is spent sitting down. I recently joined the gym and i feel like i'm actually doing something good.

Hey - Welcome to the site!

I'm from a little further North in Scotland (Fife, for my sins). The weather is fantastic as usual up here.

Went and had a look at your portfolio, you have some really beautiful images there. Particularly liked the graveyard ones (though what that says about me I've no idea!). I graduated last year as an animation/film student but I'm in the middle of a re-design so I'm not sharing til I'm done!
