Amanda Lee
Hi guys, I am meeting up with a friend tonight, and she's (like me) is just now getting into fitness and trying to lose weight. A while ago, she fell and broke both her wrists - one is a mild fracture but the other was broken in five places. The crazy thing is, she assumed they were sprained and didn't go to the doctor for days! As a result, at least one hasn't healed properly and she has a metal rod in there. Are there any good strength training exercises that won't hurt her wrist? We were talking about body weight squats and lunges for now, but neither of us are very experienced. Thanks!
