realJWade
So, way to go, me. Less than a week into the 28 day challenge and I've managed to hurt myself. Unfortunately, I'm currently unemployed and without health insurance, but after some self-diagnosing, I believe I have a Navicular Stress Fracture in my left foot. The reason I'm posting this is: I know we have a lot of runners with us here at NF, and I was wondering if anyone out there has had this injury and gone through the recovery process? I'm not looking for medical advice, just some unofficial words of wisdom from someone who has been through this? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
spezzy
if you think you have a fracture in your foot, i'd see a doctor, even if you dont have health insurance. feet aren't anything to mess with, just ask alethea. realJWade
I know, I know, but I don't have insurance and I'm flat broke. Thanks for your response, though, and I'll definitely keep the doc in mind. Quote Link to comment
