I'm still in high school and at 183.2 lbs standing 5'8" from 190 lbs in January. I've always been the bigger kid and I'm finally going to do something about it. Planning on working out every morning and sticking with body weight since I don't have access to a gym. My goal is to get down to 160 lbs by the time winter rolls in. I managed to drop the ~7 lbs from changing my diet and getting rid of all the processed crap I used to eat. Wish me luck!
